As a Design Build Contractor we work directly with our team of Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the finished product is exactly what our client desires. Our concrete restoration services range from small multifamily to mid-rise buildings, where we have learned how to work with minimal disruption to the residents. When doing Construction Management or Owner representation we act as the liaison to ensure minimal over runs, quality finish, on schedule completion, and satisfied clients. Many project run into complications which can lead to the contractor walking off and or simply never closing out the permit. Our team understands how to navigate the building departments and can clear open permits and city code violations.
